Can nausea and abdominal pain be caused by missing a dose of Metex?

Hello. For 2 years I have been taking Metex injections of 20 mg, I skipped 2 days ago one dose that I take every week today feels terrible, lack of appetite nausea general bad feeling. Could this have had an effect on the omission of the drug?
