Does anyone know anything about the availability of Sinemet replacements in Poland?

Has the situation with the availability of Sinemet changed over the last 3 years? Makom and Makom Mitte are not slow-release drugs. As far as I know, better substitutes would be Dopamar, Carvidopa+Levodopa Accord, Levodopa/Carvidopa 1A Pharma. Does anyone know anything about their availability in Poland?
