Both drugs contain the same active substance, i.e. furagin, also known as furazidine. It is a drug with antibacterial effect, often used for uncomplicated urinary tract infections. However, it is worth paying attention to the dosage and thus the dosage. In the case of Urofuraginum Max, we are dealing with a dose of 100 mg of furagin in one tablet. In this case, the standard dosage is as follows: on the first day 4 times a day for 1 tablet, and then 3 times a day for 1 tablet. In the case of Furaginum Teva, it is likely that we are dealing with a dose of 50 mg of furagin in one tablet. Information about the dosage is easy to check on the packaging of the drug. In the case of a dose of 50 mg of the drug, in adults, on the first day we dose 4 times a day for 2 tablets, and then 3 times a day for 2 tablets. For my part, I pay attention to remember about good hydration of the body. Symptoms are likely to disappear on the second or third day of use, but please remember to keep the treatment lasting 5 - 7 days.
