As I wrote, a similar question has already been asked on the forum. Esophagitis is directly associated with irritation of the mucous membrane that lines the inside of the esophagus. Ulcers and erosions appear on it. The most common symptoms accompanying esophagitis include: heartburn; hoarseness; recurrent dry cough; pain when swallowing (saliva / meals); feeling of guli in the esophagus; Breathlessness; fever; Bounce; retreat of gastric contents into the esophagus; headache. Thus, the most effective will be preparations used to treat heartburn and reflux. Marshmallow syrup is used for symptoms of irritation of the mucous membrane of the upper respiratory tract, such as sore throat and larynx, scratching hoarseness, feeling dry. It will not be effective in esophagitis.
I asked about herbs helpful for esophagitis and not gastritis and reflux. So, what herbs will be helpful for esophagitis? Will marshmallow syrup, for example, help? Will gastrobonisan tea and hibiscus tea be helpful?
