Is it possible to have allergies to birth control pills? More or less since I started taking Logest, my shoulders and knees are terribly itchy.

Yes, you may have symptoms of hypersensitivity to medications, including birth control pills. This may be hypersensitivity to the active substances or excipients of the drug. Symptoms of itchy skin when using Logest appear uncommonly, so you should consult a gynecologist about the symptoms that appear in order to verify whether it is hypersensitivity to the substances of the preparation and possible change of therapy.
