What to replace Mama DHA Premium +, whose capsules are difficult to swallow?

Good morning, I am pregnant and the Doctor prescribed me Mama DHA Premium plus only that for me these powders are too big and I am not able to swallow them. Is it possible to dissolve these powders with water and drink them? Alternatively, is there any other drug that has the same properties and could be replaced?

Mama DHA Premium Plus comes in the form of soft capsules that are not suitable for dividing. Perhaps before consumption it is worth moistening the capsule with water, this should make it easier to swallow the capsule. If, despite all attempts, you are not able to swallow the capsule, you can consider changing the supplement, e.g. to Pregna Plus without iron - here the capsules are smaller, but the DHA content is also lower, so additional supplementation will be necessary, then you can, for example, combine https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/113613/pregna-plus-bez-zelaza-kapsulki/apteki and https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/112314/doppelherz-aktiv-omega-3-roslinna-kapsulki/apteki Appropriate DHA content and slightly the Pueria dietary supplement has a smaller capsule - here you do not need to take DHA additionally: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/111885/pueria-duo-kapsulki/apteki I attach a link to our analysis, where we suggest which supplement for a pregnant woman will be the best: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-witaminy-dla-kobiety-w-ciazy-wybrac-analiza
