Can Flucofast be taken during paclitaxel treatment?

I understand that this is the drug Paclitaxel, if so, please read on. The metabolism of Paclitaxel is partially catalyzed by cytochrome P450 (CYP450), CYP2C8 and 3A4 isoenzymes in the liver. Fluconazole (the active substance in Flucofast) is an inhibitor of CYP3A4. According to currently available knowledge, data on the concomitant use of Paclitaxel with CYP3A4 inhibitors are limited, therefore caution should be exercised when Palitaxel is used concomitantly with these substances. As a result of the interaction, the side effects of Paclitaxel may be intensified due to the inhibition of its metabolism, but as I mentioned, the data on this subject are limited. If Flucofast has been prescribed by a doctor who is knowledgeable about Paclitaxel treatment, please follow the dosage instructions given by him.
