Unfortunately, with such a complex therapy, we are not able to predict the direction of interdegregal interactions. Taking 13-14 different preparations, they can interact with each other and enter into various types of unexpected reactions. e.g. Euthyrox may enhance the anticoagulant effect of clopidogrel. Euthyrox in combination with Memotropil can cause insomnia, irritability, disturbances of consciousness. Atorvastatin and Amlodipine may weaken the anticoagulant effect of clopidogrel, which means an increased risk of venous thrombosis and congestion. Fluoxetine reduces the effect of clopidogrel, but at the same time itself inhibits blood clotting. Omeprazole and Fluoxetine enhance the effect of atorvaststin and increase the risk of side effects - muscle pain, nausea, vomiting, dark urine, bruising may occur. In view of the above, please consult your family doctor, who will analyze the list of drugs from all 3 specialists and determine what therapy will be safe and appropriate. Perhaps some medications should be dispensed with.
