No, medical marijuana available in pharmacies on prescription is a pharmaceutical raw material - it is subject to strict standards in terms of the content of active substances and a prescription is required for purchase. Marijuana from the pharmacy has the same form as the one from the Coffee shop - dried flowers. The product from the pharmacy is intended for vaporization, not for smoking.
