Do my birth control pills work?

I have been taking Naraya contraception for almost three weeks. For over 3 weeks it has been constantly bleeding. Yesterday I was on a check with a gynecologist who said that my endometrium is 12 mm( a week ago it was 22 mm). I read that the endometrium with contraception should be 3-5mm. So don't the pills work? In 3 days I have the first 7 day break.

Spotting and bleeding at the beginning of hormonal contraception is a common problem. Most often, it is recommended to observe the effects of action and possible side effects for the first 2-3 months of use. Then, possible changes are implemented.
