In the Ask a Pharmacist forum, the answers are currently provided by pharmacists. If you would like the opinion of a neurologist, I invite you to arrange a teleconsultation with this specialist: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja Due to the lack of Mytelase on the market, the National Consultant in the field of neurology pointed to the possibility of using Mestinon as an alternative method of treatment. Due to the fact that the active ingredient is different, the final decision is made by the doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/48515/mestinon-drazetki/apteki/w-warszawie Indeed, sometimes it is difficult to predict the reaction of the body. If you have a poor tolerance to Mestinon, you can always try to obtain Mytelase through target import: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/import-docelowy-jak-sprowadzic-lek-z-zagranicy
