Do not stop your treatment or reduce your dose of Mysimba without talking to your doctor. Headache, nausea and vomiting are very common side effects reported by patients during treatment with Mysimba. In about half of the patients taking Mysimba, vomiting was reported during the dose escalation phase and was transient (the time until vomiting resolved was less than one week). It is worth contacting your doctor: you may be offered a different dosing regimen that will take into account shorter periods of gradual dose escalation compared to the weekly cycles used at the beginning of treatment. Side effects can also be reported individually, which I encourage you to do: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane At this link you will find information about the drug, availability, price, as well as frequently asked questions: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/88259/mysimba-tabletki-o-przedluzonym-uwalnianiu/apteki
