Saxenda, Existent and Parogen are prescription drugs. If they were prescribed by doctors who had information about all the preparations used, these drugs can be combined. Liraglutide, the active substance in Saxenda, showed very little potential for pharmacokinetic interactions with other active substances. A slight delay in gastric emptying due to liraglutide may affect the absorption of concomitant oral medicinal products. Interaction studies did not show any clinically significant delay in absorption.
