Does touching the patch on the adhesive side affect its effectiveness?

Does the gently affected adhesive part of the contraceptive patch reduce its effectiveness?

To @Magda: Yes, protection is preserved. Another patch should be applied in 7 days.

after touching the adhesive part of the patch I was afraid of its lack of effectiveness and after two hours I removed it and glued a second patch, in another place. Is the protection still preserved?

No, touching the patch on the adhesive side, e.g. when putting it on, does not affect its effectiveness. If the patch has not been damaged and adheres to the skin, protection is preserved. I attach a link to a helpful post: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/plastry-antykoncepcyjne

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
