Good morning. Since the end of December, it has been taking isotek (Axotret 10mg + 20mg). Since August, the Doctor has reduced my dose to 10mg in the morning. Some time ago I made a decision to exercise in the morning. But after about a week, I noticed knee pain. It hurts when I get up or when I have my knee bent for a long time. Is knee pain affected by isotek? Can I take any vitamins type D and K?

Side effects that may occur with Izotek include symptoms of the musculoskeletal system. Joint pain appears very often, that is, in more than 1 person in 10. You can supplement vitamin D, but in the case of knee pain, supplementation with vitamins will not eliminate it. If the symptoms do not go away, you should consult a doctor about persistent joint pain.
