Protection may be reduced. An additional form of contraception should be used for the first 7 days of using the patches from the new package. The day of changing the patch is also changing, now you should replace the patch on Tuesday - Tuesday will be the day of changing the patch for you. According to the manufacturer: "The initial part of the patch cycle (,,Week One"/,Day 1"): A woman may not be protected from becoming pregnant. The first patch in the new application cycle should be applied immediately after remembering it. The "Patch Change Day" and "Day 1" change. For the first 7 days of the new cycle, a non-hormonal method of contraception should be used. If sexual intercourse occurs during a prolonged break in the use of the contraceptive patch for more than 7 days, the possibility of fertilization should be considered.
