When should I take my next contraceptive injection?

Hi, I have a question about when exactly I have to take the next contraceptive injection The first injection I took on July 12 Some sources say that it must be taken before twelve weeks have passed, that is, on Monday (3.10) and other sources that it should be done between 84 and 89 days And the gynecologist said that it does not matter whether I come on Monday or Tuesday, how is it finally with this?

The time between contraceptive injections should be in the range of 84 days (12 weeks) - 89 days. If the interval of 89 days between administrations is exceeded, it is necessary to exclude pregnancy and use an additional method of contraception (condoms) for 14 days after injection. In your case, the application will take place in the range of 84-89 days, so there is no reason to worry.
