Will abdominal ultrasound detect an 11-week pregnancy?

Good morning, about 11 weeks after intercourse I was at the gynecologist, who stated through a transabdominal ultrasound that there is no pregnancy, was this examination reliable? The equipment for transvaginal ultrasound was damaged.

Usually, up to the 11-12th week of pregnancy, vaginal ultrasound is performed. If you have doubts about the reliability of the test result, please take a pregnancy test from the pharmacy. The urine test will already be reliable and a negative result will allow you to unequivocally exclude pregnancy.
