Can I use Naltex if I am taking small doses of codeine?

I'm getting out of opiates and sometimes I'll take some codeine and I want to take naltex 50 mg / I have to take half a dose for 7 days / to get out of all this, can I take naltex if I take small doses of codeine?

If you are using opioid medicines (e.g. codeine), do not use Naltex. The use of Naltex may cause the onset of withdrawal symptoms.
