Can I use together on sick sinuses drugs infex sinus teva , sudafed xylospray ha and at night alergo teva (I suspect that sinus pain may be allergic) ?

Caution should be exercised when using Infex sinus and Sudafed xylospray at the same time - these drugs enhance each other's effect, which may result in the risk of side effects (e.g. narrowing of blood vessels). If you are taking Sinus Infex, I suggest reducing the number of doses of nasal spray and applying it a few hours after taking Infex.
