All non-selective NSAIDs (e.g. dexketoprofen present in Skudexa) may inhibit platelet aggregation and prolong bleeding time by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, so an interval of approximately 5 days should be maintained between the end of treatment and blood donation.
