Is the increased dose of Rupafin prescribed by my doctor safe?

Hi, the son of 5 years for two days got an injection of dexaven, because of severe urticaria, additionally once a day 3ml of Rupafin, the pediatrician stated that since the rash has not yet gone to the end, you can give him Rupafin 2 times a day even 5ml or is it not too much?

If the doctor has recommended such a dosage, it should be followed - in the case of strong allergic reactions, two or even four doses of antihistamines are often used (e.g. Rupafin is one of them), but only on the recommendation of the attending physician (e.g. allergist), who knows exactly the patient's medical condition. I recommend entries: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/leki-na-alergie https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/68238/rupafin-plyn/ At the following link there is a possibility of teleconsultation with a pediatric allergist: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-alergologiem-dzieciecym
