Forxiga is indicated m.in for the treatment of type 2 diabetes or for use in adults to treat chronic kidney disease, so it does not have a negative effect on kidney function. The drug helps to improve glycemic control, as well as reduce complications and mortality from cardiovascular and renal causes. I leave a link to an interesting video:
