Always take Concerta exactly as your doctor has told you. The doctor usually starts treatment with a low dose and then - if necessary - gradually increases the daily dose, no more than once a week to the least effective for the patient. The maximum daily dose is also decided by the doctor - do not change the dosage yourself or take more of the drug.
