Does the absence of stomach problems when using Glucophage mean that the drug does not work?
Good morning, I started using glucophage 500, I am not accompanied by any stomach problems, which from what I read occur almost always. Despite the lack of such side effects, is the drug well taken? Thank you in advance for your reply

The absence of side effects while taking Glucophage does not indicate a lack of effectiveness of treatment. Side effects do not occur in everyone, and their absence indicates a good tolerance of the patient to the drug. Gastrointestinal disorders such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain and loss of appetite when using Glucophage occur very often (in at least 1 in 10 patients). Most often they occur at the beginning of treatment and in most cases disappear spontaneously.
