What can be evidenced by the discharge of brown color, sometimes red?

Hello, I have been taking Vines birth control pills for 5 months, until then everything was fine and placebo pills and bleeding associated with it occur at the very beginning of the month. For 4 days I also take iladian direct plus for vaginal dryness and vaginal discharge. Today, the discharge is brown in color, sometimes it resembles red a little. What could it be? I have no way to go to the gynecologist and I start to worry.

It is difficult to say whether the discharge may be related to the disease state or maybe it results from the day of the cycle in which you are. Usually, such a discharge may appear a few days before the onset of bleeding. On the other hand, the problem of excessive discharge, vaginal discharge (with an unpleasant smell?) may indicate infection. To sum up - it can be something as physiological as possible, but also indicating a disease state. An unequivocal answer can be given by a specialist who will conduct an interview and examination with you.
