Good morning. Yesterday on Sunday I got a period but I did not stick the patch. Only in the morning. This is the first patch . My question is when should I change the patch on Sunday or Monday?

The patch should be changed on Monday. Monday will be a "patch change day" for you. Since no more than 24 hours passed from the appearance of menstruation to the sticking of the first patch - it can be considered that you glued the first patch on the first day of menstruation. Protection is therefore provided from the first day of sticking the patch, that is, from Monday.
