If the liver is functioning properly, and only focal nodular growth of the liver (FNH) has been found - there are no contraindications to the use of Saxenda. According to the manufacturer: "Saxenda is not recommended for use in patients with severe hepatic impairment and should be used with caution in patients with mild or moderate hepatic impairment."
