I was late with sticking 3 patches. I had the day of changing the patch on Tuesday and glued it on Friday. So now when do I have a day to change the patch?

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, if the delay in patch change was more than 48 hours, contraceptive protection may have been reduced. According to the manufacturer, the most deliberate action in this situation would be to immediately start a new cycle of using the patches (new packaging) and use an additional method of contraception for the next 7 days, e.g. a condom. Therefore, the day of changing the patch will change and subsequent packages should be used according to the new scheme.
