Good morning, I turn to you with a rather shivering question, After reading about phimosis and hygiene I have a question, already what is phimosis clear,.. And my problem is that in general it (foreskin) for how many years I remember I have this mushroom always visible even at rest I can not hide it, .. Does this indicate something draining like a phimosis? how do I take care of hygiene if I do not have a foreskin? I am 14 years old and I am very ashamed to tell my mother, I have not had my father since birth

Ailments associated with the occurrence of phimosis are solved surgically. After the procedure, the basic rules of daily hygiene should be observed (washing preferably with a gentle preparation for intimate hygiene) plus the means used to disinfect the mucous membranes after the procedure (eg Octenisept). I am afraid that without the assessment of a doctor, it will not be possible to get an answer to the question of what is the reason for this appearance of the penis. If the relationship with your mother is good and the shame results only from discussing intimate details, you can explain the sensitivity of the problem and ask for discretion. It is worth remembering that everyone once had to experience such a moment in their lives and for everyone it was very stressful. When it comes to hygiene, I suggest simply using gentle preparations for daily washing. If other ailments such as pain, redness, swelling appeared - this is an indication for urgent medical consultation.
