When will the sweats subside, confusion after using Naltex? What can I use for excessive sweating with Naltex?

Hello. I have been taking naltex for a week. The first days I had ordered 1tabl a day but I felt terrible. Reduced after 3 days in half and it is better but these sweats massacre. will the side effects pass after some time? Sweating tremor distraction? What can you take for these sweats???
