Good evening. I am a man aged 41 and 176cm tall and what keeps me embarrassed by what I am ashamed of and why I have complexes is my weight at 176cm tall weighs only 49-51 kg. I beg for help to gain weight although to these 60-65kg to get the body some pills or something to just swell very much please that I look like a man so that I can walk in the summer in a T-shirt and shorts and not in a hoodie about taking off the T-shirt I do not even dream ... BLAGAM and once again I really beg ... :( :(

If your weight is 50 kilograms with a height of 176 cm, then the BMI index (important in assessing body weight) is: 16.14 and indicates emaciation. The body weight is therefore too low. The key is to find out why you weigh so little. Certainly, the "swelling" itself is not a solution and there are no drugs that will cause you to increase your size overnight, in a healthy and safe way. I suggest you contact your GP for basic tests. It may turn out that the cause of your problems are some disorders that can be cured. On the other hand, you should look at your diet and what you eat, in what quantities and whether these are meals that provide the right amount of calories in relation to energy expenditure, i.e. how many calories you burn, for example, while working or being physically active every day. A dietitian can help here. Appetite stimulants are available in pharmacies, but they will not be effective if the cause of your problems are, for example, hormonal disorders. However, I leave information about them so that the Lord can return to it if necessary: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/leki-na-brak-apetytu https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/brak-apetytu-u-dzieci-i-osob-starszych
