Should I start using Orgametril despite bleeding?

Hello, by mistake I took one tablet of Orgametril on the 10th day of the menstrual cycle. I did not take any more, I was supposed to start on the 14th day, which is today, and yesterday there was bleeding. Is this a normal menstruation or some bleeding caused by taking this one pill? Should you start taking Orgametril normally or wait?

Given that this is the 14th day of the cycle, it is unlikely that bleeding is menstruation. It is possible that the bleeding was caused by mistakenly taking a dose of Orgametril.
