The abbreviation sp. means "species", i.e. genus, species. In this particular case, the phrase Ureaplasme sp. means a group of pathogens( variety) to which belong: Ureaplasma urealyticum and Ureaplasma Parvum. This is not another variety of bacteria. If the result of the smear test turned out to be negative, it means that no pathogenic microorganisms were detected in the urine samples.
