Can neck muscle pain be an adverse reaction to Cipronex?

Good morning. From 4 days he uses the antibiotic cipronex 500. Starting with the one from the first day after two two twos everything was normal. However, on the second day I woke up with a slight neck pain I will add that I woke up in a bizarre position and I think it is from crooked sleeping. However, the pain does not pass. Is it most likely a pure coincidence or is the pain caused by the drug? I have to take the drug for 3 more days

The use of Cipronex may cause side effects such as muscle weakness and pain, joint pain: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/17917/cipronex-tabletki-powlekane/apteki The occurrence of side effects of the drug is not an absolute indication to stop the treatment. Premature termination of treatment may cause therapy to fail. In the event that the pain persists, I encourage you to consult your doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/20007/cipronex-co-mam-zrobic-jesli-podczas-terapii-lekiem-cipronex-bola-mnie-plecy I also encourage you to report the occurrence of side effects of the drug.
