What antibiotic to take with such a result of urine culture?
After 3 months of catheterization due to urinary retention, the catheter was removed and urinary incontinence occurred. I made a culture of urine, the result attached. What antibiotic to take in this case? Earlier, the doctor prescribed Furagina and MultiURI, later Monural, the effect of the treatment as you can see.

As you will read on the attached result, it was not possible to grow any specific microorganism, but only mixed bacterial flora, which indicates the likelihood of improper sampling for testing (e.g. contamination of the sample, collection not from the middle stream or into a non-sterile container). The result does not contain an antibiogram and there is no information on it whether and what antibiotic to use. A follow-up examination is indicated - the result is best shown directly to the doctor.
