I was prescribed the following drugs: Aulin 100mg, Clatra 20mg, Octeangin 2.6 mg. I have a very stuffy nose and I want to use something that will help me clear it, but it will not contain xylometazoline or oxymetazoline. Can I use Cirrus (pseudoephedrine) or Sinumedin (Mepyramini maleas 1.5mg + Phenylephrini hydrochloridum 2.5mg)? Inhalations and hypertonic solutions of sea salt do not help. Thank you in advance for your reply

In this case, the use of Cirrus Duo tablets is not advisable because in combination with Clatra they may cause an increase in side effects, such as drowsiness. Sinumedin aerosol can be used temporarily - remember not to use it more than 5 times a day or more than 3 days. If the problem of nasal congestion is chronic, then I recommend going to an ENT specialist. I am attaching a helpful article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/zatoki
