Hello all the time after sex with a partner there is ringworm in my vagina. Do you need to increase the dose of fluconazole. Bral 3 tablets 150. And it keeps coming back. I am cured and as if parner has it all the time and infects me and I have to heal again.

In the therapy of genital yeast infections, fluconazole is used in a single dose of 150 mg. To prevent recurrence of vaginal infections, 150 mg is used every third day, for a total of 3 doses (day 1, 4 and 7), and then once a week for 6 months - if the patient is at increased risk of recurrence of infection. The dose of 150 mg is therefore suitable for the recorded indications and, as I understand it, your partner even repeated it. Do not increase the doses of drugs on your own. Contact with a gynecologist is indicated - if there are suspicions that the source is a patient, then men are treated by a dermatologist-venereologist.
