Ad hoc use of an erection preparation with sildenafil (Maxon, Inventum, Maxigra) in the lowest dose of 25 mg is possible with hypertension (taking Metocard). Sildenafil causes a slight and transient decrease in blood pressure, but in most cases it is not clinically important. It may slightly intensify the pressure reduction by Metocard, but such cases are very rare.
