I do exactly the same thing. I was also worried about the lack of lipiforma 10mg (I am still taking its last capsules) and looking for the last products in pharmacies. Are. Please enter in the search engine.

The use of white mulberry extracts to support carbohydrate metabolism and extracts of artichoke and milk thistle in supporting liver function and lipid metabolism is the correct procedure. What I encourage you to do is to regularly check parameters such as glycemia and lipidogram. This type of examination can be performed free of charge, having a referral from a general practitioner. Indeed, dietary supplements containing fermented red rice extract, such as Lipiforma Plus, for example, have been withdrawn from the market due to the content of monacolin K - a natural statin, in a dose of more than 3 mg. The reason for the withdrawal of this type of product from the market is the fact that monacolin K, analogous to statins issued with a doctor's prescription, can cause side effects, mainly affecting musculoskeletal and connective tissue (including the occurrence of rhabdomyolysis), liver and nervous system. Therefore, these preparations should not be taken without a clear indication of the doctor and beyond his control. When it comes to plant preparations with a scientifically proven cholesterol-lowering effect and confirmed in the effectiveness profile studies, it is worth considering supplementation with preparations containing Italian bergamot extract, e.g. Beragmil Forte: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/105664/bergamil-forte-kapsulki/apteki or Berimal Forte: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/97744/berimal-forte-kapsulki/apteki.
