Is there an interaction between Exacyl and Nipas?
Good morning I took 4 tablets of exacil. 2tablets on Friday 15.07 at 16 and at 00.00 at night from Friday to Saturday. I didn't take any more pills. Today I was at the surgeon who put nipas in my socket. Won't there be some undesirable reaction? In combination of these two drugs? Is there still any concentration of this exacil in oragnism?

In the situation described by you in the question, there is no risk of interactions between the components of Exacyl and Nipas medicinal products, which could adversely affect their effectiveness and safety. 6 hours after oral administration of tranexamic acid contained in Exacyl, no serum is found. After 6 days after administration, certainly the drug would not be detected in the blood.
