What is the time interval between Nolpasa and Acard?

What is the time interval between Nolpasa and Acard? I take nolpase in the morning before breakfast. Thank you for your reply.

The manufacturer does not indicate a specific time of day, however, due to the fact that most thromboembolic episodes take place at night or in the morning, Acard is recommended to be taken in the evening. According to the leaflet, take Acard after a meal, swallowing the tablets whole and with a small amount of water. If you want to take a different time of day, please keep a break of several hours (min. 2-3 hours) between Acard and Nolpaza.
