Good morning, First of all, the attending physician should familiarize himself with the results of the tests and prescribe further treatment - this is important. If you want to continue breastfeeding, tell your doctor. Not all drugs that have contraindications to use during pregnancy are also "banned" during lactation (the so-called lactation lexicon of drugs). Best regards.
