Good morning, I take Zafrilla tablets and I know from the leaflet that it is very likely to inhibit ovulation. Today, however, I happened to take two tablets with a time interval of 3 hours, because due to reflux, I had a few times affected my stomach contents. Although there was no vomiting, I decided that I would take the second pill to be calmer. However, I have a question, can a single intake of two tablets contribute to the fact that the next day taking one tablet normally could occur ovulation due to a decrease in hormones? Or will the drug the next day work as before and continue to inhibit ovulation, despite the fact that I took a double dose earlier? Lovely please advise, because I was very stressed by it

For @Abc: No, a disposable loose stool within 3-4 hours of taking the pill does not affect the effectiveness of contraception.
Thank you for the answer, could I just ask again if a disposable loose stool can affect the absorption of the tablet if it occurred within 3-4 hours? There is no information on this in the leaflet, and I do not really know how I should act

Although the available data show that most patients have inhibited ovulation during treatment with Zafrilla, this medicine is used to treat endometriosis and is not a contraceptive. The product leaflet clearly states that condoms or other non-hormonal contraceptives should be used to prevent pregnancy. The manufacturer therefore does not provide any information or indications regarding the occurrence of ovulation or inhibition of ovulation when using the product correctly or incorrectly, because this is not the indication for the use of this medicine. Belching food content is not an indication to take another tablet. Only after vomiting (the contents of the stomach coming out through the mouth) or diarrhea occurring within 3-4 hours after taking Zafrilla should you take the next tablet as soon as possible. I will add just one more question, does a disposable loose stool less than 3-4 hours before the complete absorption of the drug also affect the absorption of Zafrilla tablets? I apologize in advance for such an overwhelming number of questions
