Hello, is it possible to consume alcohol by taking Fostex 100+6 inhaled in the morning and evening? If, for example, I go to a wedding and I have to take it in the evening, can I take a dose in the evening despite drinking alcohol?

Fostex is a drug that contains two active substances beclomethasone (corticosteride) and formoterol (beta-2 receptor agonist). Alcohol consumption while using Fostex may interfere with heart tolerance to beta2-sympathomimetic drugs - that is, to formoterol. This may lead to an increase in heart side effects. Fostex is a long-acting drug, and the decrease in the concentration of formoterol in the bloodstream by half is about 10 hours. Due to this, the use of alcohol after the use of the evening dose of Fostex may contribute to the appearance of side effects. Alcohol itself also leads to an increase in asthma symptoms.
