Can I stop taking Bisocard myself or reduce my dose?

BIsocard low pressure After the first dose of Bisocard 1 tablet in the morning 2.5 mg, at 17:00 the pressure dropped to 92/63 pulse 65, after drinking coffee the pressure 91/61 pulse 62. I am a person with low blood pressure and a high pulse and Bisocard was saved to me due to arrhythmias (extra contractions). Should I stop taking the medication or can I reduce the dose to 1.25mg before I contact my doctor?

It is not recommended to discontinue or correct the dose of the drug yourself. If you feel unwell, you should consult a doctor. If the doctor who prescribed Mrs. Bisocard decides that it is necessary to reduce the dose, then it will be possible to do so. I'm uploading a video that might be helpful:
