How many fluids should you take per day?

Hello, for a long time I have a problem with urination I had a number of tests done from cultures, swabs after cystoscopy, on which was detected "white bloom" which testifies to frequent infections so described it doctor, whenever I drink more fluids urine is bright and I have no ailments, but when, for example, I drink only 1l of water, the urine is darker and begins to hurt when peeing, is it more of a problem of the urinary tract or more that thick urine irritates the urinary tract and it is a matter of hydration?

The white raid you are asking about is not a symptom of leukoplaki. Leukoplakia is found most often in which oral and genitals. In this case, it may be rather fungal in nature, as evidenced by recurrent infections. It is difficult to assess this unequivocally on the basis of such a short description. I encourage you to make an appointment with the attending physician who is best acquainted with your current clinical condition. The gdziepolek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja

Will you tell me if this white raid that I have in my bladder can mean leukoplakie? And can she give such ailments? The doctor was not very talkative... he only stated that he is "too little" to qualify for the procedure, but how to deal with it also did not mention ...

In the content of the question, you do not mention whether 1 liter of water applies to all fluid intake per day. If so, that is far too little. It is estimated that adults should take at least 2-2.5 liters of fluids per day. In the event that we drink less fluids, we expose the body to dehydration. As a result of improper hydration, kidney failure may develop, the first symptom of which may be a decrease in the amount of urine. In addition, chronic insufficient hydration of the body may promote, m.in, the development of urinary tract infections or kidney stones. The dark coloration of the urine is most likely due to its thickening, which clearly indicates that you are taking too little fluid. It is worth starting with changing your daily habits. This may not seem easy at first, so initially you can write down how much fluid you take during the day to assess whether changes in your habits are necessary.
