Is it normal that after 2 weeks of using Saxendy there are no effects?

I've been taking saxende for the second week and I don't see any major changes maybe A little less I eat. Is this normal? How should it work?

I take Saxend 2 months, I lost 6 kg. The biggest weight loss was at the beginning, I could not practically eat. Recently, however, I noticed a inhibition of the weight loss process at a dose of 3.0. But maybe it's temporary, I don't give up :-)

According to the available information, the period of 2 weeks of use of Saxenda is too short to assess the therapeutic effectiveness of the drug. Data in the Summary of Product Characteristics indicate that if a clinically significant reduction of at least 5% in body weight from baseline is not achieved after 12 weeks of use, modification of therapy should be considered. The drug Saxenda is a preparation containing in its composition a drug from the group of analogues of GLP-1 - liraglutide, which reduces the feeling of hunger and appetite, while increasing the degree of satiety. The long-term effect of using the drug is the reduction of body weight and the regulation of blood parameters related to glucose concentration and blood pressure.
