This is probably the only industry in which the monopolist withdraws the selling product. In addition, it is a preparation without which some will have health problems. The monopolist, however, goes unpunished. If I prevented someone from being treated, I would go to prison, but when a pharmaceutical company does it, there is no punishment. We should change that.

To @ Merydes: No new supplies of Atenolol are expected. The drug has no substitute. I encourage you to consult with your doctor in order to choose a new, appropriate preparation.

When will the drug called Atenolol return in Poland and what to replace Atenolol

According to information from the manufacturer, the sale of Atenolol Sanofi 50 was completed in March this year. Since the preparation does not have an available substitute, it may be necessary to change the method of treatment.
