Good morning, On what prescription does the doctor have to issue Actimodan? Is this a recipe of RP or RPW? Can he issue it in prescription form? What data must it contain? The doctor simply does not know how to issue a prescription correctly, hence the question.

To @Kacper Wilk: According to the Register of Medicinal Products, the availability category of Actimodan is Rpz. This can be checked by searching for the drug on the website: https://rejestrymedyczne.ezdrowie.gov.pl/rpl/search/public Rpz drugs are listed on the "ordinary" rpp, not Rpw. It is worth emphasizing here the difference between Rpz and Rpw: Rpz - issued with a doctor's prescription for proprietary use Rpw - dispensed with a doctor's prescription, containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances
Actimodan is not a medicine for RPZ. You confirmed this in the pharmacy when I came with two prescriptions. One RP the other RPW.

Actimodan falls under the availability category 'prescription for restricted use – Rpz'. For drugs with this category of availability, no specific prescription template is required - the prescription must contain the same data as any other prescription. I enclose a thread with a detailed explanation of what the Rpz category means: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/10251/elvanse-co-oznacza-ktegoria-dostepnosci-rpz and a helpful article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/wszystko-co-musisz-wiedziec-o-recepcie
